yoga that is kind to your body

My name is Astrid van Rens and I live in the south of the Netherlands. I have been teaching yoga for 14+ years in various yoga studio's, residential care centers and 7+ years in my own online yogaschool for people living with chronic conditions.


I share the yoga practice in a mindful, sustainable and gentle way.

I teach and practice yoga and meditation from a lived experience of fatigue and persistent pain.
